VEIL — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VEIL app (the “App”), operated by Veil Media LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

1. The service

VEIL provides streaming access to short-form original dramatic series and related content. Some episodes are free; others require an active subscription or unlock.

2. Eligibility

VEIL contains mature content and is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the App you confirm you meet this age requirement.

3. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

VEIL offers auto-renewable subscriptions (for example, a Weekly Pass and a Monthly Pass) that unlock all content.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; the current paid period is not refunded.
Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may change; we’ll notify you of changes as required.

4. Coins and unlocks

Where offered, in-app “coins” and episode unlocks are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access specific content within the App. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. License to use the content

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream VEIL content for your own personal, non-commercial use. All content — including videos, artwork, characters, music, and the VEIL name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

6. Things you agree not to do

You agree not to:

Record, screen-capture, download, copy, rebroadcast, or redistribute any VEIL content;
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with content-protection or security features;
Publicly perform or display the content, or use it commercially;
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source of the App.

Unauthorized capture or redistribution of the content is a violation of copyright law and these Terms, and may result in suspension of access and legal action.

7. Availability

We work to keep the App available and the catalog growing, but we don’t guarantee that any particular title, feature, or the service itself will always be available. We may add, change, or remove content and features.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
